I was assigned the project of revamping the YouGov Signal data dictionary, which is a crucial document given to new users to help them navigate and extract value from the Signal platform.
The previous version of the data dictionary was a plain Word document, densely packed with information. Our clients commented that it lacked readability and visual appeal, both hindering it's usability.
My work on the data dictionary involved a comprehensive redesign, aimed at both making it more enjoyable to read and enhancing its aesthetic allure, without compromising on it's ease of comprehension.

I consulted the brand guidelines to select an appropriate colour scheme for this dictionary. By incorporating the primary colours from the YouGov brand, I effectively distinguished each section. This approach ensures that users can easily discern the distinct segments within the dictionary.
